Meeting the sensei

Karuru awoke the next morning, his body shaking with excitement, as he got dressed he put his earphones in his ears and his MP3 in his pocket, he stretched as he sat by his window with a piece of toast in his mouth. He looked over at his head band, he then put his left leg onto a chair and tied his headband around his thigh. “who will it be” Karuru said to himself, Neji, Sakura, Kakashi, Kurinei, oh I cant wait.” Karuru jumped out of his window, as he landed on the roof top underneath him he began to run, this was the first time in his life that Karuru was concentrated on something, this was the day he, the slacker clown would become a Ninja a smile came across his face as he approached the academy. He stood at the door a smile on his face, when all of a sudden a shiver came down his spine, that could mean only one thing, Karuru turned around and saw Taison, even after that first works spoken to one another, Karuru still didn’t like him at all, all the girls wanted him and that just annoyed him completely. Taison walked past Karuru and a smile came across his face, “today will surprise you” slowly made their way from Taison’s mouth, Karuru shook his head, what was it that Taison knew that Karuru didn’t. Karuru walked in after Taison, as they walked side to side a smile came across both their faces, “well if today is going to surprise me Taison, then this is going to be the best day of my life.” Taison nodded. “same here.” The two of them walked into the classroom and too their seats.

At precisely 8:00 Shikimaru walked through the door followed by the rest of the graduating students, one of the girls looked across, Karuru looked over at her, he didn’t want to admit it but she was probably the only girl he liked but like the rest she was hung up on Taison, he looked back at the front of the class. Shikimaru Yawned, “ok then lets got you all teamed up.” Karuru smiled and looked at everyone as they where put into teams of three. “Team seven” Shikimaru yelled out “ this will be the team of Karuru Kotonichi.” Karuru smiled but who where his team mates, he stared at Taison hoping it wasn’t him. “Hinata Uzumaki” he looked over to Hinata who’s face had sank into her hands. Karuru’s smile left his face. “And finally to complete team seven Taison Hatake.” Hinata then jumped out of her seat screaming with joy, Karuru stood up and began to walk down the stairs. Shikimaru looked at Karuru who stopped. “ Where are you going Karuru. “No where special just need some air besides isn’t it lunch time we are meant to meet our squad leaders and having a empty stomach will make us unsettled  and ultimately make our squad leader have a negative opinion on us. Shikimaru smiled. “fair enough Karuru everyone time for lunch you will meet your squad leaders in one hours time so enjoy your lunch.

Karuru was the first to leave the classroom followed by Taison and Hinata, He could hear Hinata, talking to Taison. “Why did we get him on our team? He will just hold us back” Karuru picked up his pace as he walked into the streets of Konoha. He visited ichiraku ramen shop he took a seat and took out his wallet The chef looked over at him. “Hey Karuru how was your squad parings.” Karuru looked down “my team-mates have already said I’m useless” The chef laughed a little, “so who where you paired with?” Karuru looked up “Taison Hatake and Hinata Uzumaki Jr.” The owner smiled “ah so you have led ice cold boy and the daughter of the hokage on your squad, you should be proud .” Karuru shook his head the chef handed him a bowl of Raman with BBQ pork in it “I didn’t order this Chef.” Karuru said surprised. “Eat it Karuru its on the house.” Karuru smiled and nodded as he picked up his chop sticks.

Meanwhile Taison and Hinata were walking down a street, Taison took a deep breath “Hinata Karuru is a part of our squad, don’t you think what you said was a little harsh.?” Hinata looked at Taison she looked confused  “Come on Taison no one in the academy likes him, he is cocky arrogant and self centred, he has been like that since he was thrown out of his clan.” Taison shook his head. “we should be getting back to the academy, out sensei will be their soon.”  The two turned around and walked back to the academy.

When the two returned, they saw Karuru sitting in the class room, he was reading a book. The two walked in and sat at the opposite side of the room as the hours passed teams left the room with their sensei’s, as the clock turned to four, they where still sat in their same places. Karuru put his book down and looked at the others. “you really don’t want me to be on this squad do you?” Hinata was quick to answer “No, you are no help to this squad you may as well leave.” Taison sat their he didn’t want to answer. Karuru looked at the door. “well then I may as well leave “ Karuru stood up and headed towards the door, as he opened it a hand popped in through the opening , “Good your still here I see”. the ninja was stood with a slight hunch, he had his head band over one of his eyes kind of like Taison did with his own headband. “I’m your new sensei Kakashi Hatake.”
